Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MRRescue, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MRRescue is a SaaS tool that detects failed Stripe payments and sends automated recovery email sequences to your customers on your behalf. We connect to your Stripe account via read-only OAuth and monitor invoice events.

• You must provide a valid email address.
• You must have a Stripe account with active subscriptions.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• MRRescue costs $29/month (monthly plan) or $228/year (annual plan).
• Payment is processed through Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard settings.

You agree not to:

• Use MRRescue to send spam or unsolicited emails.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service.
• Use MRRescue for any illegal purpose.

MRRescue sends recovery emails to your customers using your company branding. You are responsible for ensuring these emails comply with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) in the jurisdictions where your customers are located. By enabling recovery emails, you authorize us to send transactional emails on your behalf.

We access your Stripe account with read-only permissions via OAuth. We never modify subscriptions, create charges, or access full payment credentials. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting from your Stripe dashboard or from MRRescue settings.

MRRescue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific recovery rate or revenue outcome. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, we will stop sending recovery emails and remove your data within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
