Refund Policy

MRRescue offers a free diagnosis before you pay anything. You can connect your Stripe account and see how much revenue you're losing to failed payments before subscribing. No credit card is required for the diagnosis.

If you subscribe and MRRescue isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@mrrescue.pro with the email address associated with your account.

After the 14-day window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

For annual subscriptions ($228/year), the 14-day money-back guarantee still applies from the date of purchase. After 14 days, you may cancel but will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining months. We recommend starting with the monthly plan if you want to try MRRescue first.

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
• Upon refund, your account will be downgraded and recovery emails will stop.

We may, at our discretion, offer refunds or credits outside of this policy in cases of service outages, billing errors, or other extenuating circumstances. Contact us and we'll work it out.
